LEMON HORSERADISH BUTTER
250 g of softened butter
4 tsp. table of horseradish
2 tsp of agave syrup
1/2 organic lemon
Heat the butter and mix with horseradish, agave syrup, lemon zest and juice of half a lemon. Season with salt and pepper
Roll in parchment paper and twist the sides.
Place the butter in the freezer.
The butter looks especially pretty if you refrigerate it in small cookie cutters and press it out later. By the way, the butter also tastes great with fresh rosemary!
