HORSERADISH CREAM WITH PUMPERNICKEL BREAD

300 g of cream cheese
salt

parsley
dill
cress

1/2 red bell pepper
4 tsp of Ajvar (paprika puree)
4 tsp of KOCHs horseradish cream sauce
2 tsp lemon juice
8 slices of pumpernickel bread

PREPARATION

Put the cream cheese in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Now divide the cream cheese among three small bowls.

Bowl 1: Wash and finely chop the parsley, dill and cress. Stir into the cream cheese.

Bowl 2: Chop the peppers and add to the cream cheese together with the ajvar.

Bowl 3: Mix the lemon juice and the horseradish with the cream cheese.

Now layer one after the other: Pumpernickel, horseradish cream, pumpernickel, bell pepper cream, pumpernickel, herb cream, pumpernickel.
